That sounds like a lot of wallpaper..haha. For the Risotto I just use whatever white wine I have in the house. Use what you like and you'll be fine. Happy Anniversary! That's a greatt honor.
Paul, I enjoyed April’s magazine! I giggled a little when I read that you got your china from a thrift store as my hobby is checking out thrift stores! I have three sets of vintage china…got them all from my mom and grandmothers. I need to use them!
Thank you very much, Paul, for this delightful publication. I appreciate receiving it every month. It has such timely articles and "down-to-earth" advice. Loved your Easter table decor!

Always thankful to read Always Tasteful! I love the fact that China is on the table. I have my Mother’s and cherish it so much. I use it all the time for special dinners. Thanks and hope you had a great birthday!
Please tell, what white wine did you use in the risotto? Thinking of that with lobster and broccoli it’s also our 57th anniversary on Easter.
What white wine would go well and can be used in the lemon risotto?
Love the magazine, and your house. Still working on our 125 year old sometimes nightmare.

Best kept secret. Nobody's using China now and it makes meals a little more special
Love the down-to-earth, relatable content. Read every issue! I’ve made pea salad in the past, but not with hot sauce - will give it a shot! Thank you.
Just a bit....I like the hot kick
