I remember wearing saddle shoes. My dad would call them good sturdy Oxford. When I was a teenager and would buy little skimpy flats, he would always say to my mom, "what ever happened to good sturdy oxfords?"
I was a little disappointed that you had only 1 recipe this issue. You usually have 2. I'm not a big fan of pizza , especially pepperoni. I know, I'm weird. Once in a while I will enjoy a few slices of sausage pizza. My biggest weakness is Asian food.
The pizza dip recipe looks delicious. I will definitely try it. I love how the stairs turned out. I did the same thing on a deck with a heavy white stain on the risers and a natural preservative on the steps . . . it looks so sharp !!

What paint did you use on your steps? I am debating carpet or paint. Our house is 130 years old.
Steps have 1940’s carpet I really hate. Don’t know what’s underneath the carpet. We were told 2
Layers of hardwood floors throughout the house, no true upstairs. Just worried how paint will stand up to ally use.
