Paul Folger, your newsletter is outstanding! It is so colorful with recipes and ideas. It is so wonderful that you feed the animals. I do that all year round, especially in our colder months. Nothing better than watching wild turkeys, deer, birds, etc. etc. etc. Thankfully I have not seen any bear! :) It is definitely Rumminkub game time weather - how fun! Thank you for such a fun read! Happy almost Thanksgiving! Nanette

Love reading your newsletter! Some great information, recipes & love seeing the work you’re doing on your house. The staircase looks fantastic this month! I have a question though on Leah’s pumpkin bread…what’s the ingredient after cinnamon? Cloves I think but want to be sure. Thanks!!

Just started subscribing to your magazine. Love it! I'm now enjoying your previous issues as well. I do have a question about your Peas Please recipe. How and when do you add the shallot or onion? I went back to your November 2023 issue to see if the instructions were in that version of the recipe but no such luck. Please advise.

Arlene hello. I'm glad you are enjoying Always Tasteful. In the peas, I like to cook them in the pan first til translucent. Then proceed along with the recipe. I hope that helps. It helps me when readers point out something I missed. I appreciate it. Happy Holidays. Paul
