Your recipe for iced tea looks so refreshing. My question is where does the baking soda come in. That’s not one I’ve tried before.

Sorry Joan... just add a pinch of baking soda when you take out the tea bags.

Love the newsletter Paul! I haven’t heard of a farmers market near me in Oklahoma, but I’m sure a few will pop up later this month.

About your iced tea; you have baking soda in your list of ingredients but not in the directions. Ice tea is king in this house 😀. I drink it all day - refreshing
